Neil Young has revealed that his new album, titled Le Noise, will be released on September 28. Young recorded the album without a band in a Los Angeles mansion with top producer Daniel Lanois (U2, Bob Dylan). In fact, the album’s title seems to be a play on the Canadian producer’s last name.
